Your First Visit to Galaxy Karaoke: 5 Steps

1. Start your first visit to Galaxy Karaoke with clear booking details

Asking whether a room is available is not always the same as having a confirmed booking. Give your preferred date, arrival time, confirmed headcount and expected duration, then discuss the available options. If the date is set but the time or guest list is still open, explain that too.

2. Share the address and arrival time

Galaxy is at B2, Lake Hotel, 216 Seokchonhosu-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Send your group the street address, basement level and booking name as well as the venue name. If guests travel separately, agree whether everyone arrives together or some will join later.

3. Check the room and terms when you arrive

Check whether the assigned room comfortably seats your group and matches the arrangements you intended to use. If you want the specific room shown in a photograph, ask during booking. Make any detailed requests before the visit begins.

• Confirm the agreed headcount, duration and package.
• Ask when the use period starts.
• Check included items and separate charges.
• Ask whether your sound or lighting requests can be accommodated.

When discussing prices, ask for the estimated total including the room and other separate items—not just one drink or package component. Resolve any changes from the earlier discussion before starting. Refer to the package and pricing guide.

4. Ask before adding guests or extending the visit

More guests may join, or the group may wish to stay longer. First check availability and the cost of the change. Later bookings or other venue arrangements can limit extensions, so do not assume continued use is available.

Requests from several people can conflict. Have the main contact collect changes, check the additional items and estimated cost, and share them with the group. Confirm whether extensions are charged by the minute or hour, and the revised finish time.

5. Leave time for payment and the journey home

At the end, review the agreed basic arrangement, actual use period and extra orders on the bill. If the group is sharing costs, choose who will organise payment ahead of time. Ask beforehand about any receipt or payment-method requirements.

Before leaving your seat, check phones, wallets, jackets, chargers and other belongings. If guests are returning separately, agree how everyone is travelling. If you have been drinking, do not drive; use a taxi, public transport or a designated-driver service.
